Thank you so much for your quality work and allowing us to make our new home theater a reality. Despite working for Onkyo/Integra I would never have been able to do the programming and integrated connections required for our system. You allowed us to create a system of our choosing and your recommendations especially with the cabinet were outstanding. The Universal Remote works terrific and was worth the extra investment as it simply operates everything in the room and it's very user friendly.
Given the complexity of the equipment you took the time to calibrate everything so we could get our desired true surround sound experience. You even came back to further adjust the system to accomodate our furniture layout and personal preferences. Who knew the theater lights could automatically adjust when the system turned on? The Integra receiver and the Triad Gold ceiling speakers are just an awesome combination when calibrated properly by a professional like yourself. Thanks for a job well done.

What I appreciated most was your craftsmanship. I wanted a clean looking setup with no wires visible and you did a phenomenal job mounting our system. You took great care in snaking wires and went over and above in your effort to make a minimal impact to our existing walls and paint job.
Your honest and ethical approach to your business is refreshing in this day and age. I would highly recommend you to anyone wanting to get up to date with their TV or stereo system.

Just wanted to take the opportunity to thank you for all your help putting together my beautiful home theater. I love it! Although I find electronics very intimidating your expertise and professionalism put me at ease. Your unique personal approach which I like to compare to the quality of “boutique” shopping truly made it a pleasurable experience.
Thanks also for the education in electronics. You are always so helpful and patient with explaining the functions of the equipment and offering suggestions, such as, having one remote that does it all which is truly an asset. I must add that your newsletters are a great way that you continue to offer your knowledge and expertise to your costumers and keep them abreast on what is going on in this ever changing world of electronics.

My wife and I wanted to take a moment to thank you for helping guide us through the purchase and installation of our new plasma TV and surround sound system. I am very mechanically inclined, but I know I could have not installed this Plasma TV myself or without professional expertise such as you provided us.
Dave, you made the whole experience of buying and installing this 52 inch Plasma TV a no stress event. Furthermore, thank you for you suggesting and setting up the touch screen universal remote control, it took the hassle and frustration of trying to figure out how to use 4 different remotes and made it simple with just one remote.
Thanks again for you very fair pricing, I was a bit nervous at first on how much it was going to cost, but it actually saved me money by how quick it was all set up. I was an electronic engineering major in college, which makes me know that you really have to know your stuff, and you really walk the walk and talk the talk.
