My wife and I wanted to take a moment to thank you for helping guide us through the purchase and installation of our new plasma TV and surround sound system.
I am very mechanically inclined, but I know I could have not installed this Plasma TV myself or without professional expertise such as you provided us.
Dave, you made the whole experience of buying and installing this 52 inch Plasma TV a no stress event.
Furthermore, thank you for you suggesting and setting up the touch screen universal remote control, it took the hassle and frustration of trying to figure out how to use 4 different remotes and made it simple with just one remote.
Thanks again for you very fair pricing, I was a bit nervous at first on how much it was going to cost, but it actually saved me money by how quick it was all set up.
